
勞動(dòng)爭(zhēng)議屬于仲裁前置,但對(duì)于員工來(lái)說并非一裁終局??傮w來(lái)說,如果用人單位拖欠勞動(dòng)者工資、福利或社保,勞動(dòng)者可以:
(1)請(qǐng)求工會(huì)幫助;
(2)向當(dāng)?shù)貏趧?dòng)監(jiān)察大隊(duì)或勞動(dòng)管理部門舉報(bào);
(3)向當(dāng)?shù)厝嗣裾{(diào)解部門申請(qǐng)調(diào)解;
(4)向當(dāng)?shù)貏趧?dòng)爭(zhēng)議仲裁委員會(huì)提請(qǐng)仲裁;
(5)員工對(duì)于仲裁結(jié)果不服的可以向當(dāng)?shù)厝嗣穹ㄔ禾崞鹪V訟。
