　　接種流程是什么？

　　1、網(wǎng)上預(yù)約，預(yù)約入口為“粵健通”微信小程序。

　　2、接種預(yù)約：在“粵健通”微信小程序的預(yù)約頁面，受種者填寫本人的詳細信息，包括姓名、性別、出生日期、國籍、身份證件類型，身份證件號碼、工作機構(gòu)、現(xiàn)住地址、參保信息等。預(yù)約完成后，生成預(yù)約二維碼，收到預(yù)約結(jié)果提醒短信。

　　3、現(xiàn)場接種：受種者憑短信確認通知和預(yù)約二維碼在指定時間、地點，攜帶有效身份證明及相關(guān)憑證前往接種點。接種前，做好個人防護并主動告知健康狀況，由現(xiàn)場醫(yī)務(wù)人員做好知情告知、信息登記、簽署《知情同意書》、《免責(zé)承諾書》。完成接種后，應(yīng)向受種者提供接種憑證。接種點有義務(wù)按照受種者需求提供中英文版接種憑證。

　　4、接種后健康管理：受種者完成疫苗接種后，應(yīng)在接種點留觀區(qū)觀察30分鐘，無不適癥狀后方可離開。要加強對受種者的宣傳引導(dǎo)，提醒接種疫苗后14天內(nèi)做好自我健康監(jiān)測，出現(xiàn)身體不適情況應(yīng)及時就醫(yī)。
