復雜程度遠超雷曼，一圖讀懂轟然倒塌的FTX帝國

11月11日周五美股盤前，F(xiàn)TX根據(jù)美國破產(chǎn)法第11章向美國聯(lián)邦法院申請破產(chǎn)保護。

一同申請破產(chǎn)的還有疑似風暴的始作俑者——加密貨幣對沖基金Alameda Research，以及號稱運營和流動性完全未受FTX.com崩盤影響的FTX.US美國獨立平臺。它們連同大約130家申請破產(chǎn)的附屬公司被統(tǒng)稱為“FTX集團”。

就此，SBF的龐大資本帝國徹底隕落。

很多人將FTX的崩盤比作幣圈的“雷曼時刻”，然而，其帝國構(gòu)造的復雜程度遠遠超過了雷曼兄弟。

周五，媒體整理了一份圖表，圖表顯示了截至今年3月整個FTX集團的復雜結(jié)構(gòu)。

媒體表示，由于公開披露的信息是零散的，上述圖表不一定完全準確，完整圖表應該會在美國破產(chǎn)法第11章的審查報告中出現(xiàn)?？梢灶A先知道的是，其復雜程度要遠遠超過雷曼兄弟。

雷曼兄弟的報告整理花了整整18個月的時間，但其結(jié)構(gòu)看起來要簡單直白地多。相比之下，人們可能要等待更長的時間，才能對FTX的整體架構(gòu)有更為詳細和精確的了解。
